Meet the Team
Chase Polly
Financial Advisor
Chase Polly is the President of Polly Financial Management. He is an Investment Adviser Representative and Registered Representative with Lincoln Investment. He is licensed to sell auto and property insurance, life insurance, commercial insurance, and retirement products.
Chase was born in Alabama and graduated from Auburn University in 2007 with a B.S. in Economics. He started working with Horace Mann as a licensed producer in 2010. In 2014, he moved to Chambersburg, PA to manage the Horace Mann agency that had been serving clients in the area for 20+ years. In 2016, he took over ownership of the agency. After 5 successful years, multiple Leadership qualifications, and multiple MDRT qualifications, he decided it was the right time to make the move to an independent agency to better service our clients.
Chase’s wife, Kelli, is an Elementary teacher in Chambersburg Area School District. In September of 2022, he and Kelli welcomed their daughter, Lux, to the world.
In Chase’s free time, he enjoys outdoors. Whether it’s camping, hunting, fishing, or just working in the yard, he enjoys being outside. He is very active in his church, Grandpoint Shippensburg, as a Circle leader and Develop team member. He also enjoys movies, video games and new technology. As an Auburn Alum, Chase is an avid Auburn football and basketball fan.
David Raleigh *
Principal Agent
David Raleigh is the Principal Agent and one of the owners of First Choice Insurance Services. He is licensed to sell auto, home, life and commercial insurance.
David was born in Wisconsin and graduated from CFNI in 1999 with an AS degree in Theology. He started working with Horace Mann in 2007 in Florida. In 2014, he moved to Chambersburg, PA with his wife.
In 2014 David became a father to his lovely daughter and that is when Chambersburg became a home to him and his wife. It put into perspective the need to help others in the area with their families auto, home & financial needs.
David has been teaching the 4th grade students in his church for the past 4 years, while his wife has been a part of the worship team. His daughter has loved taking walks on all the lovely trails that surround this beautiful area.
Tucker Short *
Licensed Agent
Tucker was born in Chambersburg and graduated from Liberty University with a B.S. in Theology. After graduation Tucker moved to Panama City, Florida and was the customer service manager at an Outback Steakhouse.
In 2017, Tucker moved back to Chambersburg to be around family. He then became one of the sales managers at local car dealership. When he left the dealership in 2020, he finished his insurance licensing and joined the team at First Choice Insurance.
Tucker’s wife, Grace, is a full-time wedding photographer and in July of 2022, their daughter Isla was born. They also have two extremely energetic Australian Shepherds named Cash and Harlow.
Aside from insurance, Tucker is a Youth Pastor at Grandpoint Church. A lot of his free time is spent with his family and dogs or working on house projects. Tucker is an avid sports fan, so whether it’s out on the golf course or watching the game with friends, Tucker loves all things sports.
Bryan Hoover *
Licensed Agent
Bryan is licensed to sell auto and property insurance, life insurance, commercial insurance, and retirement products.
Bryan was born and raised in Bedford, Pennsylvania. He graduated from Mansfield University of PA with a B.M. in Music Education. After a few years of teaching public school, he came on board with us in 2015.
Bryan has never been too far from educators. Be it his own personal experience as a teacher or his wife, Becca’s. Becca has been a music teacher in Chambersburg Area School District since 2014. The challenges of being an educator in today’s world is not lost on him.
In 2019 Bryan and his wife welcomed their daughter, Brylee, into their family. As a family, they are members of The Open Door Church in Chambersburg where Bryan serves as the Worship Pastor.
If it’s football season, you can find Bryan enjoying his Penn State Nittany Lions or the Pittsburgh Steelers. On top of that he enjoys spending time with the family, working in the yard or playing some video games.
Bryce Diller *
Intern
Bryce was born in Chambersburg, PA and graduated from Chambersburg Area Senior High School in 2020. He is currently studying Finance and Marketing at Shippensburg University.
In his free time, Bryce enjoys hiking, fishing, and kayaking. He loves spending his time playing sports like spikeball, football, volleyball, and basketball. He also attends King Street Church.
